That was a heck of a weather jump we had from last week. I never felt so teased by mother nature in my life. For almost 2 weeks we've had this spring to summer weather then bam, cold strikes back. On top of that we're suppose to get rain and snow tomorrow. Between the two there's no deciding which is worse at the moment, it might as well be an ultimatum for ruining the supposedly best day of the week.
My body also has been affected physically having fluctuate with the seasons, summer being weight lost whilst winter being weight gain. Not sure how much I've lost but I definitely feel the bounce back in the weight gain. It amazes me how fast it all happened. Obviously the weather isn't the entire factor to blame but I still find it annoying.
On the upside of things I've recently bumped into an old friend from high school (hint: she thought my friend was an icecream man - inside joke - ha). It puts me to shame to find out she now drives when two years ago she needed rides. All the more reason I should be getting my license soon.
Somewhere along the conversation she asked what's been going on with who and so and so. I couldn't give her a definite answer other than what she and I jynxed at each other saying "everyone's just busy". We've all separated pursuing our own dreams or whatever we barely have the time to see each other. That's reality with life after high school honestly. Some stay in touch, some barely and some don't. And it's not because they don't want to. She was sort of frustrated when speaking of it while at the same time understanding why it is so. It simply just is. Also Kinda sad when you think about it but meh, over it long ago. I feel like I've touched upon this subject before so I'll just stop here.
